Effective October 6, 2026 Contact us
1. Who we are
The img2.site service (the "Service") is operated by David de Leon de la Fuente, an individual proprietor established in Mexico. Throughout this document "we", "us" and "our" refer to that operator, and "you" or "Customer" refers to the individual or organization using the Service under an account. You can reach us at [email protected]. These terms are effective from October 6, 2026 and apply to every account that uses the Service.
2. Definitions
"Service" means the img2.site platform, including this website, the customer dashboard, the integration documentation, and the interfaces used to upload files and request delivery URLs. "Plan" means the published subscription a Customer selects. "Delivery credit" means the metering unit described on our pricing page and in our documentation, used to measure delivery activity.
3. The service and beta availability
img2.site offers project-based image uploads, delivery URL generation, usage tracking and related dashboard features. The Service is offered on an as-available basis while it is in public beta: features, limits and supported formats may change, and we do not yet publish a service level agreement. The Service is built for public images. Keep independent copies of your originals, and do not rely on delivery URLs as an access-control mechanism.
4. Fees, plans and billing
The published monthly plans are: Starter at USD 9 per month, including 200,000 delivery credits and 10 GB of image storage; Builder at USD 29 per month, including 750,000 delivery credits and 50 GB of image storage; and Growth at USD 79 per month, including 2,500,000 delivery credits and 200 GB of image storage. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before applicable taxes. Purchases are processed by our online reseller Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia; creem.io), which acts as the merchant of record for your order: Creem calculates and collects any applicable taxes at checkout, processes your payment and issues your receipts. Creem's Buyer Terms (https://www.creem.io/buyer-terms) also apply to the payment, and we do not receive or store card numbers. Plans are billed monthly in advance, and a subscription renews automatically each month until it is cancelled. The credit allowance shown for your plan is granted for each billing period. There are no automatic overages: exceeding your allowance does not generate an extra invoice, delivery pauses once the finalized credits for the period are used up, and you should contact us before exceeding your storage allowance. Recent activity is counted immediately and is normally reflected in your finalized totals after hourly accounting. You can cancel at any time in the dashboard under Usage & billing (Cancel subscription); that cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, your plan stays active until then, and no further charges are made. A cancellation made directly in Creem's billing portal (Manage billing) may end the subscription immediately. For refunds and payment questions, write to [email protected]; refunds are issued by Creem under its refund process. Apart from refunds required by law or granted under that process, fees already paid for a period are not refunded. We may change prices for future billing periods by giving you notice before the change takes effect; a period you have already paid for is not repriced.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the Service to upload, store, transform and deliver images that you have the right to use. You agree not to upload material that is unlawful, infringing or malicious, or to use the Service to harass, defraud or harm others. You must be authorized to act for the organization on whose behalf you open an account, and you are responsible for keeping account credentials and project API keys secure. You keep ownership of what you upload and grant us only the permission needed to store, sanitize, transform and deliver it at your direction.
6. Suspension and termination
Either party may end this agreement with reasonable notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for serious violations of the acceptable use rules above, for non-payment, or for activity that puts the platform or other customers at risk. You may export your project data before termination, and we will give you a reasonable opportunity to do so unless the law or an urgent security concern prevents it.
7. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or perfectly accurate, particularly during the beta period.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of or related to the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts of Mexico have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before starting a formal claim, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the matter directly. If you use the Service as a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply, and nothing in these terms removes rights you cannot waive.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes are communicated to active customers before they take effect, and continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page. Current version effective October 6, 2026.
